08:00: Meet at the Cat Ba Office No 204, 1/4 Street, Cat Ba Town.
08:15: Get on the bus to Beo Harbour and head to Lan Ha Bay
09:00: Deep water soloing sessions start at the Three Brothers Crag then onto the Hawaii 5-0 Crag
12:00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese family style lunch prepared by our boat crew on the Junk Boat
13:00: Cruise back to Beo Harbour
13:45: Return to Cat Ba Office at No 204, 1/4 Street, Cat Ba Town

11:00: Meet at the Cat Ba Office 265 Nui Ngoc
11:15: Get on the bus to Beo Harbour and head to Lan Ha Bay
